CCF Tea aka Cumin Coriander Fennel tea

Here's how to make CCF Tea

Serves 1

1. For the perfect brew!

Ingredients

10-12 oz water

1 teaspoon AyurSome Foods' CCF Tea i.e. cumin coriander fennel tea 

How to make

  • Combine CCF Tea and water in a saucepan
  • Bring it a boil
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes
  • Strain into a mug

A well-brewed CCF Tea tastes almost like a veggie broth. If it tastes lighter, try a longer simmer.

2. For a quick brew

Ingredients

8-10 oz water

1 teaspoon AyurSome Foods' CCF Tea i.e. cumin coriander fennel tea 

How to make

  • Add CCF tea in a tea filter/infuser
  • Place the tea filter/infuser in a mug
  • Pour boiling water over the tea
  • Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes

3. For a cold brew

Ingredients

8-10 oz water

1 teaspoon AyurSome Foods' CCF Tea i.e. cumin coriander fennel tea 

How to make

  • Add CCF Tea and water in a jar
  • Close the lid of the jar and let it sit overnight
  • Strain it into a mug in the morning and enjoy the coolness. 

Pro tip - for extra calmness, place the jar overnight under the moonlight.

Best time to enjoy CCF Tea

1-2 hours after breakfast or lunch, or make a thermos full and sip throughout the day.
